1978 Gibson Les Paul Standard – Natural.
Set up well and plays fast and smooth up and down the neck.
This LP has a fantastic top with birdseye popping within the maple in some spots. Weight is 10.6 lbs. It has vintage DiMarzio double white pickups in both the neck and bridge position that sound really nice. Caps might have been replaced as well but not sure. I’m not aware of any other mods. Original pickups not included.
Overall, the condition is very good. Honest play wear throughout without any cracks, breaks, or repairs. The frets are the originals and are a tad low but are level and have plenty of life. The back of the neck is smooth with just a couple very minor imperfections. The top looks great with a couple light marks mostly around the knob area. The back of the body has light buckle wear and minor scratching throughout from normal playing over the years. Small mark on the back of the neck that can’t really be felt while playing and a small mark on the side of the headstock. Front and back of the headstock have minor marks. No pickguard.
Comes with non-original tweed case that is like new condition wise.
