Great playing Martin here. Action is low and smooth. No dead spots on the fretboard.
Weight is a very light 4.2 lbs. All original with no mods.
Overall, the condition is very good. The frets, fretboard, and neck show light wear. there are some marks on the front of the headstock. Faint pick marks on the pickguard. A couple minor indentations on the top. A few light scratches along the sides of the body as pictured and light wear on the back.
Comes with original hard shell case.
