Weight is 8.0 lbs. All original no mods.
Overall, the condition is excellent. The frets, fretboard, and neck are virtually flawless. The body shows no real signs of play wear. A faint mark near the toggle stitch. No real other imperfections to speak of.
This guitar was sold new without a case but we are including a heavy duty hard shell case to go along with this beautiful guitar.
