Guitar setups are subjective, and a guitar cannot be returned for a setup not suitable for the buyer.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless an exception has been granted at Point Guitar's discretion.

Special Conditions

Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses regardless or return reason. Items that are lost or damaged during shipping may not be eligible for a full refund. Refund amount paid at Point Guitar's discretion.

Purchases that have been canceled and not yet shipped will still be charged a 15% restocking fee.
