Shipping Policy

Please contact us before purchasing with any shipping questions.

Return Policy

For returns, the buyer assumes all return shipping charges regardless of reason. Additionally, you will be charged for initial shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Guitar setups are subjective, and a guitar cannot be returned for a setup not suitable for the buyer.

New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%

Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 5 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless an exception has been granted at Point Guitar's discretion.

Special Conditions

Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses regardless or return reason. Items that are lost or damaged during shipping may not be eligible for a full refund. Refund amount paid at Point Guitar's discretion.

Purchases that have been canceled and not yet shipped will still be charged a 15% restocking fee.

A signature required for delivery is available upon request.
